Creaciones Terés, S.A. is a public limited company with registered office in C/Raval, 15 - 25690 Vilanova de la Barca - LLEIDA, Spain, with tax identification number A-25022021, one of its commercial brands being Terés Selección. The use of the services of the Internet shop of Terés Selección by the client presupposes, in any case, the adherence to the General Conditions of Purchase in the version published by Terés Selección at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is advisable for the client to read these General Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.
1. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all Terés Selección products through its website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in mainland Spain. Terés informs that its Website is exclusively aimed at a public over 18 years of age. Terés reserves the right to cancel the access account of a user if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
2. PURCHASE LIMITS
For security reasons, purchases above 1.500 € or with more than 40 items per order will not be allowed.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices shown on each product include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax). (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time of placing the order.
Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for the formalisation of the purchase. Under no circumstances may payment be made at a later date. Terés is not responsible for the application of this type of security policy.
The delivery period will be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in accordance with the following characteristics:
5.4 Delivery incidents: If delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by telephone. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If there are incidences in terms of supply or if there are no products in stock, the client will be informed immediately and the amount of the product or products out of stock will be refunded. Terés will reimburse the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid.
8. GUARANTEE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED
The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. Terés will be liable for any lack of conformity that may arise within a period of two years from delivery.

Terés will deal with your request as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month. In the event that your request is not satisfactorily resolved, you will be able to go to the ordinary courts or process your complaint through the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr, which will provide a single point of access for out-of-court resolution free of charge.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
